After the joyful and auspicious festival of Diwali, the Hindu month Margashish brings the devotional environment consisting of fasts and worship of Goddess Mahalaxmi. In this month women keep fast every Thursday for the blessings of the Goddess. Thus starting her fast of Margashish, actress Apurva Nemlekar shared a post showing her Margashish pooja to her fans.
The actress shared a picture with her Pooja preparations. By wishing her fans on the first Thursday of the Margashish, the actress has set a devotional mood on the internet, today.
According to the Hindu calendar, the auspicious month of Margashish has started on the 15th of December 2020 and will end on the 13th of January 2021. And, according to the rituals, women and young marriageable girls keep fast and worship Goddess Laxmi every Thursday in this month starting from today. Women worship Goddess Laxmi, as it is believed that the Goddess bestows good health and wealth upon the ones who worship her properly. Thus, as we can see in this picture, like Apurva everyone who worships Goddess Laxmi prepares a Pooja place with, Mango stems, Kalash, Coconut, an idol of Goddess Laxmi, and other things. Looking at her preparations, the actress has done nice work preparing for the Pooja. She has also kept fruits and sweets as offerings for the goddess. Thus, her fans liked this picture so much.
